And MORI's findings also show Dr David Owen's SDP has overtaken Mr Paddy Ashdown's Democrats. Mr Neil Kinnock's personal rating is at its lowest since he becalf party leader — only 27% were satisfied with him. The survey for The Sunday Times puts support for the parties as follows: Tories 46% (45% in November), Labour 36% (37%), SDP 7% (6%), Democrats 6% (8%) and others 5% (4%).
