The final XI will not be named until the morning of the match when captain Kim Hughes will inspect the pitch, said to be under-prepared. The main decision facing Australia is whether to continue with four pacemen or bring in left-arm spinner Tom Hogan. P136 ORACLE 136 Tue22 Nov ITV 2000:11  1/2  BLOW FOR PAKISTAN   Imran Khan has been replaced as Pakistan captain for the remaining four Tests against Australia. He is suffering from a stress fracture of the left shin and missed the First Test. He was also pessimistic about playing in the next Test at Brisbane. Nur Khan, president of the Pakistan Cricket Control Board,said vice-captain Zaheer Abbas would take over the captaincy for the remaining four Tests. Imran has been advised to get treatment in Australia. If he recovers before the end of the series he will play under Zaheer Abbas.
