Chill well. P355 ORACLE 355 Sun20 Jun ITV 1901:00       IN AT 3/3       THE       WEEKEND STRAWBERRY SPONGE ROLL (serves 4-6) 4 EGGS; 6oz,plus 6 tbsp CASTOR SUGAR grated rind of one large ORANGE; 1 lb washed & hulled STRAWBERRIES; \ pint WHIPPING CREAM; Line a 10" x 18" Swiss Roll Tin. Beat eggs,& add 6oz sugar & orange rind. Beat until fluffy.Spoon mixture into tin.Bake in centre of oven (400 deg)for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Chop half the strawberries coarsely, & add 3 tbsp remaining sugar. Spread mixture evenly over sponge and carefully roll up sponge - swiss roll style. Transfer to serving dish and arrange remaining strawberries around the roll.Sprinkle with the rest of the sugar and set aside to cool before serving with cream  Starter & Main Course follow >
P355 ORACLE 355 Sun20 Jun ITV 1900:11       IN AT 2/3       THE       WEEKEND SEEK KEBABS (serves 4) 1 lb MINCED BEEF/LAMB;1 tsp PLAIN FLOUR 1 small ONION,grated; SALT & PEPPER 1 tbsp GARAM MASALA;pinch CHILLI POWDER 1 tbs MIXED HERBS;1 tbs MINT;1 tbsp OIL 1 tbsp LEMON JUICE;2 tbsp PLAIN YOGHURT Combine all the ingredients except for the oil. Shape into 12 sausages and arrange lengthways on skewers - 2 on each skewer. Brush with oil and cook over a medium-hot fire. Turn constantly Serve with a savoury rice dish, crisp green salad, tomato and onion salad and mint or mango chutney.  Pudding and starter follow >
