Watching TV, meeting friends and writing letters are just some of the things ranked, by some people online, as being less important. But is this true? Does being online mean you do less in other areas, or does it encourage you to do more? Even the £1-a-minute support line proved to be of no use. The Freeserve modifications are now off my system, but this involved manually deleting several directories and changing settings. Why make it so difficult? I think we should be told. Rob Kennedy rob.kennedy@wells.force9.net ——————————————————————————————————2/6—— e-mail: bunderman@teletext.co.uk Win a Lexmark printer. If you think this is unfair, why not change to another telecom provider? The monopoly once held by BT exists no more.
