I have found Freeserve is by far the quickest and overall the best service. So what if the helpline is £1 a minute? He might like to know that in Europe, you can have ISDN for the same price as standard phone lines with much cheaper calls and line rental. In the US, you can get an ASDL for a mere $40. This puts BT's service into perspective.
