Problems arose during the early hours of New Year's Eve after two deaf guests allegedly became involved in a disturbance in one of the holiday bars. A chalet was vandalised. Scientists have devised a way to place tiny tubes into the ear which dispense drugs to hair cells in the cochlea, which when f—lbged, can cause deafness.
