Stir half the cornflour into 2 tsbp water until dissolved, and then add to stock. 2 Cut pork into thin slices. Toss in remaining cornflour and pinch of salt. 3 Heat oil in wok. When hot add pork. Stir and fry until the edges are caramelised. Keep heat high. Scoop pork out, set aside. Then fry mushrooms in wok for a mjnute or two until golden brown.
