The Living Planet campaign aims to inject a new dynamic into conservation in an attempt to slow down the spread of the "human footprint" on the Earth. As the first "gift to the Earth" of the WWF's Living Planet campaign, the remote territory is home to walruses, polar bears, wolves and moose. Leading the global campaign, the charity hopes to raise public awareness about these eco-regions. The campaign has also set an agenda to try and change the way we exploit the world's forests and oceans.
