Adrian Lines, 25, died after his car skidded into a small la3j by Westdene Dam, near the centre of Johan.—sburg. Mr Li&—s, who was on a short holiday, crashed through a row of painted drums installed after 42 children died when their bus crashed in the la£— in March.
