People's favourite White, who last won a title back in 1992, started well by winning the first two frames and was level at 4-4 at the interval. But, after the next two frames were shared, Ebdon fired breaks of 80, 63 and 57 to win the next three. Another 120 followed despite the distraction of a streaker and Ebdon clinched it in the 15th frame.
