P216 CEEFAX 216 Fri 7 Feb 19:20/10       There has been a flare-up in fighting in the Lebanese capital, Beirut. All crossing points on the Green Line, which divides the Christian and Moslem areas of the city, were closed for about four hours today. Moslem spokesmen accused the Christian Militia of closing the crossings in order to prevent contacts between opponents of President Amin Gemayel.
