P215 CEEFAX 215 Fri 7 Feb 19:20/11       The Government is to look into ways of banning the sale of so-called "cocaine kits", it was announced today. Junior Home Office minister Mr David Mellor told the Commons the sale of such kits, designed for use by cocaine takers, was being investigated. He said the kits were made up of everyM day articles, which were not in themselves illegal.
