The Transport Secretary Mr Tom King is expected to forbid state-owned British Airways and the privately-owned British Caledonian from giving evidence in a US Justice Department inquiry being held under US anti-trust laws. The airlines have been accused by the Laker Airways' liquidators of taking part in a price-fixing conspiracy to drive Laker out of business.  CITYNEWS HEADLINES 120 
