Juliet Gilkes reports: While much media attention remains fixed on issues constitutional and personal of the possibility of divorce between the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Queen has chosen to look at wider events. She praised the peacemakers and to those who had given their lives for it. Juliet Gilkes reports: On a personal note, the Queen spoke of her admiration for the work of a little-known Irish nun, Sister Ethel, who she met while visiting South Africa last march. She said Sister Ethel's commitment to young children was a glowing example of how the inspiration and the energy of one can benefit thousands of others.
