Education minister Mrs Angela Rumbold made the announcement to the National Association of Gifted Children, which is to carry out the national survey. P103 CEEFAX 103 Sat 29 Oct 22:07/15       Rebel Conservative MPs say they will not be bought off from voting against the Government over plans to introduce charges for eye and teeth examinations. There are reports that an extra £1 million for the NHS will be announced by the Chancellor of Tuesday, the day the new charges will be debated. But Mr Hugh Dykes, a leading rebel, said that while extra money for the NHS would be welcome, it did not affect the need for free eye and teeth check-ups.
