English lamb is more expensive than New
Zealand, but the price should start to
come down a little in the next week or
two. Legs can cost anything from £1.2O
to £1.5O a pound compared to £1.OO-1.5O
for New Zealand lamb.
Frozen turkeys are very good value at
51-62 pence a pound and pigs and ox
liver is only 4O-45 pence a pound.
